We used to hear gender inequality that in most aspect and instances men dominates women but not NOW. Gone are the days that we can consider women as inferior one. In tough times women can still manage to strive from unfavorable condition. Did you know that Glee show grew to become a great sensation, and not only is it building a great following, who now won't have to try and bribe FOX studio execs with payday loans to keep it on the air, but it's beginning to post numbers that compete with other FOX heavyweights like American Idol and House MD. Fans of the show Glee will no doubt be filled with glee (cheap pun) that the show has been green lighted for a second season.

YOU GO, GIRL!
A new study by the Boston Consulting Group declares that women are now poised to drive the post-recession world income.
The study estimates that $5 trillion in new earned income will come from women in the global workplace. The "female economy" is one of the bright spots in this struggling economy.
Great news for us women!
Not such great news for guys!
Here in the U.S., more men have been losing jobs that have women.
A large part of this story comes from the ongoing reality that a women earn less than men in the same position at the same degree of experience and training.
So, when an employer has a trim the budget, where do you think he'll cut first?
You guessed it...the higher earner!
Maybe women have been fighting a "bad fight" for equal pay?
Okay, okay...don't throw your Manolos at me...I'm just thinking out loud.
Rather than risk being the next one to be pink slip, even if we eventually win the "equal pay" battle, why not take all that experience and training to start your own business!
